Belinda Bebo was my husband and I’s realtor in January of 2012. We were in a really tight spot at that point in our life and fell upon some really challenging issues. My husband lost his job and we had to immediately put our house on the market and move to TX where he was guaranteed a job. Unfortunely as hard as it is to admit we had also fallen behind on our mortgage payments because of my husband’s job situation. To top it off our realtor who sold us the home was really inconsiderate and pushy. We basically bought the first house we looked at. Although we loved our house it was the highest priced home in the
neighborhood at $160,000 when the comparables were anywhere from $145,000 and downward. So when we went to put our house back on the market about 2 years later the market had decreased severely. We just knew our home would go into foreclosure because we could no longer make payments and we knew
the market for buyers was scarce.

Belinda advised us to do a short sale which is basically sell your home for less than its worth but we would not have any deficiencies and would be cleared of the remaining amount that we owed. She also got us qualified for a program in which we received about $1,000.00. Belinda is the type of realtor that will fight for your trust but simply hand over her loyalty. She is one of the honest realtors I know and sincerely cares about her clients. She called me every day to update me on even the smallest progress. She stayed on me as well to make sure I had all my papers signed and turned in when they needed to be. This is truly a success story. When we thought we were headed into foreclosure she was our life raft. All her hard work, and late nights, and early mornings payed off for our family and we cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us. Belinda loves what she does and she loves helping people in the process. I would recommend Belinda Bebo 1,000 times over.
